How to use
- Brush your teeth and dry them gently.
- Apply a thin layer of gel to the front of your teeth.
- Insert the LED mouthpiece and switch on for one session (as directed in the leaflet).
- Remove, rinse your mouth and the mouthpiece, and avoid coloured food or drinks for an hour.
Care
Rinse the mouthpiece after each use and let it air dry. Store the gel in a cool place.
